Tačiau ir tai – dar ne viskas: verta akcentuoti, kad kai kurie IT projektai šiandien yra labai didelės apimties, tad juos kuria ne vienas programuotojas, o ištisos šių specialistų komandos. Taigi, nemažą darbo laiko dalį užima ir susitikimai su kitais komandos nariais, numatomų atlikti ar jau atliktų užduočių aptarimas. Na, ir, žinoma, nereikia pamiršti, kad IT pasaulis nuolat keičiasi, todėl programuotojas yra tas žmogus, kuris turi būti nuolat pasirengęs mokytis naujų dalykų.
